​1. Processing & Shipping Time

​Since many of our luxury products (like our signature pearl bags) are handcrafted with love and care, we require a processing time to ensure the finest quality.

​All other articles /orders will be dispatched and shipped within 8 business days from the date of order confirmation.

​2. Delivery Timeline

​Within Kerala: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days.

​Rest of India: Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.

​(Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or festive seasons)

​3. Shipping Charges

​Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and delivery location of your order.

​We also offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹2500

​4. Order Tracking

​Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation message/email with a tracking link. You can use this link to track your package's journey in real-time.

​5. Damaged Packages

​We pack our products with the utmost care to prevent any damage during transit. However, if you receive a damaged package, please take a video while opening the box (unboxing video) and contact us immediately so we can assist you.
